We are proud to offer a 24-month warranty on all watches purchased from our company. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that may occur within the specified period from the date of purchase.
The warranty period is valid through 24 months from the date of shipping. During the warranty period, if your watch exhibits any such defects, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:
• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.
• Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

As long as the the return/refund is being requested within the eligible time window of 14 days and the watch is still in good condition, we will accept it and refund you with no questions asked. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send us an email at hello@primitivehaus.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then provide you with the address which you will send the item to.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
