We are proud to offer a 24-month warranty on all watches purchased from our company. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that may occur within the specified period from the date of purchase.
The warranty period is valid through 24 months from the date of shipping. During the warranty period, if your watch exhibits any such defects, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:
• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.
• Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

As long as the the return/refund is being requested within the eligible time window of 14 days after delivery, and the watch is still unused and int the same condition that you received it, we will accept it and refund you with no questions asked. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send us an email at hello@primitivehaus.com with the following:
- Your order number and date of purchase
- Photos and video of the condition of the watch and packaging
- Reason for return (optional)
Once we receive and process your request:
- We will provide you with a shipping label and the address which you will send the item to.
- We will provide you with a Reference ID as well which must be physically written on the box. Failure to do so will result in delays and fees.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
